Last weekend we purchased a bbq and a gazebo. My husband was dismantling the floor model and I was trying to distract and play with my extremely enthusiastic 2year old toddler. My husband was having issues loading the bbq and it took longer then expected. At 5pm I was waiting outside in the parking lot with our gazebo and toddler safely strapped in the cart. One of the staff asked that they needed the cart. I asked her if I could keep it as my daughter was quite difficult to handle considering the time we were in the store and that my husband would be here soon. She said no. I asked if she could just mention that to her manager about my toddler and she said he knows you have a baby. I asked if she could ask. She did and came back with the same answer no. I can not believe how unfriendly and unsympathetic the manager was and it really made me feel bad that I made such a large purchase at a store that could care less about me or my child. I would not recommend this place for any families especially families with young children. My husband was there at 5:15 and I told him what just happened and that she even insisted I give ithe cart now and not allow my daughter shoes to be put on. My husband said that when he was in the store he heard and saw the manager fire a staff member right in front of him!! Really disappointed with Rona and our customer experience
Very poor customer service experience...... its just 1 or 2 people that spoil this bunch. For the most part electrical and plumbing are solid, however seasonal is like dealing with high school kids literally. I have been a loyal client for 8 years and renovated 2 homes on the island and spent well over 30k at that store and the old one on don quichotte. Anyways if you need electrical or plumbing advice its the place to be on island, if you need anything else try somewhere else.....very poor customer experience.
It is the worst retail store in Vaudreuil areaYou order an item and not in the storage area even if is available on their system's We ask for an invoice to be reprint an invoice and they treat you like a piece of merde and we have to pay for itTheir associate treat you like the dumbest person in the universeNever ever back I regret each dollar that I spent in that store
Customer service is not that great. During my last visit to the Pincourt store, I felt like I was bothering the the guy who served me. I generally like to shop at Home Depot since I have a better experience there.
This has to be the best Rona Ive been to in a long time. Im used to the understaffed, student run Ronas but not this one. The staff at the counter are knowledgeable, super helpful and bilingual. Ill definitely be doing my shopping at his store from now on.
