Overall good experience. Some of the new stuff do have less knowledge about their products line.
Nice place, lot of stuff, nice staff. However, maybe not the biggest Canadian Tire around. They could not have everything you need but still, you'll find alot of useful things here.

I bought a set of winter rims for my car that were not the proper fit and caused a lot of vibrations at various speeds when driving. I spoke to Julie the manager in the auto parts and she helped me and allowed me to return the rims and order the proper ones for the car. I was so impressed by her professionalism, service and care that I can truly say its been a long time since Ive seen this level of excellent service from many retail stores. Plus her mechanic team, Frederic and another that I did not get their name, were excellent and truly cared about my situation. Issues can happen with any store but the way the situation is resolved is what distinguishes one from another. I cant say anything about the store itself but the service in the automotive department for my case was exceptional. Thank you
I don't what it is about Canadian Titr but you can barely find any lively help in the store. When you do, they are just busy and at times long lineups with one or two registers open. Not all products are on display. So you may have to ask someone to see if they have it which brings us back to finding lively help.
